Taylor's First Year Photos!

We got Taylor's first year pictures taken on July 20th. We've been meaning to do it for the last 3 weeks, but have been so busy. Here are some small copies. I'm sending everyone some in the mail too, so be sure to keep your eye out. Taylor Swimming and Family Photos

Taylor went swimming for the first time on June 28, 2008. We met Grandpa Rex and Judy at the hotel and just swam for the day.

She was a little scared at first, but then she really liked it. These pictures aren't very good, because I took them with my cell phone. Nonetheless, it captured the moment!!!

We got Taylor's first year pictures taken on Sunday, July 20th and also got a couple of family portraits. Sorry they're so small, but I copied them off of the email they sent to me.

Camping and Food!!!

Trevor, Taylor and I went camping with Grandpa Scott and Grandma Syl on July 13th. It was a lot of fun and Taylor did really well. I think she liked it so much because she loves being outside.

The River and Laundry...

We went to the river the day after Taylor's birthday...

It was really fun and she loved playing in the water with Grandma Syl!!!

A few days later, I was trying to do laundry; well fold it at least....

Taylor loves to help!! See all of the clothes she pulled out and put on the floor!

Taylor's Birthday Continued!!!

Taylor's birthday cake that Grandma Syl made for her. (mommy did the writing). Thank you Grandma Syl!!!

Since Taylor's birthday was Dora the Explorer themed, we made her her own cake that she could mash into. This is Dora's little monkey friend Boots. It's just his head, obviously, and Cami and I made it for her.

It pretty much just scared her though and she didn't really want anything to do with it....

It made a great mess though!

So instead of making her eat the scary monkey cake we just gave her some cake and ice cream. She was much happier and loved the little treat!

Taylor's Birthday!!!

This picture was taken on the 4th of July. I just love this little dress and this was the only picture I took of her in it. Shame on me!

Okay, so this summer has been super busy and fun!!! And I've been terrible at keeping up with the blog page. I feel horrible, because I know so many of you depend on me so that you can see updates of Taylor and how's she's growing. So for the rest of the summer I'm going to try and be more diligent so you can continue to watch her grow. As you know she turned ONE on July 5th and we can hardly believe it. I'm going to post a ton of photos today, so get ready!

I love these photos, I think they are so adorable!

There's Taylor and Cami. These pics were taken down at Alive After Five. It is every Wednesday during the summer downtown Boise. There is live music, a water fountain for the kids to play in and beverages for the adults. It's really fun!
